2. Registration and acceptance of the Terms of Use

By downloading our mobile app and registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between You and the Operator referred to in Section 1.

The Operator may change these Terms from time to time. You will always find the latest version of the Terms under the “Terms of Use”. Under certain circumstances, we may send you an email to notify you of any changes. If you continue to use the app after the changes take effect, you agree to the modified Terms.

The mobile app can only be used by users aged 18 or older. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age.

You guarantee that all data provided when you created your account, including data entered through your Facebook account, is accurate, accurate, and you have the right to upload that content.

By registering, we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to upload the data and use the app. Apart from this license, you have no other right to use the application, its content or the use of individual intellectual property, and you may not modify edit, copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from, reverse engineer, modify, or otherwise exploit any work derived therefrom. it in any way.

3. Premium Services

Incognito mode: this is a premium service that if you subscribe to it, the photo you upload will become blurred and you will only be able to see sharply who you liked, remaining hidden from others.

Your favourite image may optionally be blurred.

The price of the premium service is 4000 HUF/semester, after ordering you allow us to charge your account with the selected payment method (in this case by credit card payment), which is provided by Stripe (Android) or Apple (IOS) payment solutions are carried out with the help of a service system.

If you want to cancel your subscription, you can make the necessary payment settings in your profile at any time, so the next half-year fee will no longer be deducted, auto-renewal will be terminated; the same will happen if you delete your profile.

This payout will be automatically renewed until you decide to cancel it.

We will send an e-mail to all subscribers about the possible increase in the price of the service, in which we will describe the new price of the service, which will be applied automatically the next time it is renewed.

If you accept it, you have nothing to do, if you don't accept the new price, you can cancel the subscription within the app.

If you initiate a chargeback or otherwise redirect a payment, we have the right to terminate your account immediately.

You have the right to request a full refund without specifying the reason until 14 days after the subscription expires.

You must indicate this by using our email address under section 1 of the Terms of Use, with the simultaneous indication of your user name.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the payment received from you no later than 14 days after receiving your notification.

We inform you that your email address will be forwarded to the Stripe payment support system so that it can provide customer service assistance.

4. Code of Conduct

You can't post, send, or upload content that:

violates or is incompatible with the purpose of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the applicable law or mandatory applicable norm,
contains incorrect data or may otherwise be able to mislead our Users,
offend, discriminate, harass, threaten others,
violates anyone's privacy rights, copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property or contract rights,
obscene, pornographic character, or promotes or encourages violence, racism,
defamatory or exclusion,
homophobic, or otherwise hateful,
spam or spam
for business, commercial purposes, openly promote a product or encourage purchase,
contains spyware, viruses, or other malicious code

violates the exclusive rights of another person.

All users are solely responsible for the content they upload. In case of violation of the Code of Conduct, we may disable or terminate your account without refunding your subscription. We may remove any content that violates the Terms or is required by applicable law.

Any content you post on the app can be monitored and scanned. We have the right to delete all or part of any content, which in our sole discretion is not in accordance with the Terms, or may harm the reputation of the Operator. It may take time to investigate, or, despite our best efforts, we may not notice content that is conflicting with the Code of Conduct, so we cannot guarantee that all shared content complies with these Terms. For the sake of a reliable service, if you notice content that might violate these Terms, please contact us through our email contact details under section 1.

5. Limitation of the liability of the Operator

We expressly exclude any liability or liability in relation to your behaviour or the behavior of any other user of the app, and expressly exclude any liability for content uploaded by you or other users, and obligation.

The Operator provides the service in its current form, subject to availability, and makes no warranties, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the service (including all content contained herein), including all warranties of satisfactory quality, commercial quality, fitness for a particular purpose and freedom from infringements. The Operator shall be liable solely for damages that have been caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or which, as a result of misconduct, endanger life, physical health or health. In all other cases, the Operator excludes liability for any damages arising from the use of the application, including from the content uploaded by users, the operation of the application, as well as the user's hardware, software, mobile phone, other equipment damage to it. Except in all cases where the limitation of liability is expressly prohibited by law, the total liability of the Operator for any user demand is not more than 5.000, - Ft.

As a User, you agree to indemnify the Operator and its staff for any complaints, claims, claims, claims, including ancillary claims, arising from your use of the application, content uploaded by you, or breach of these Terms arise from or related to it.

6. How to close your account

You can terminate your account at any time for any reason, however, if you use an external payment service provider -eg. Google Play - you're using, you'll have to manage your in-app purchases on that account.

By deleting the account, the contract concluded between You and the Operator will be terminated, however, clause 5 of these Terms will continue to apply without limitation in time.

7. Other provisions

Hungarian law shall apply to the contract concluded between the User and the Operator, as well as to disputes arising therefrom.

If a court with appropriate jurisdiction considers any rule of these Terms to be invalid, the remainder of the Terms shall remain in force without limitation.

If the Operator does not exercise or enforce any of its rights or any measure of these Terms, it shall not constitute a waiver of that right or measure.

By accepting this Privacy Policy, you consent to the processing of all data provided by you and will be accessible to other users, except for paid membership or download data (surname, first name, credit card data, address) and the email address.

3. Purpose and legal basis of data processing
